Internship Programs

Vocational Qualification Programs
Within the scope of the "Regulation on the Vocational Training of Persons to be Employed in Hazardous and Very Dangerous Jobs", the professional qualifications of Blue Collar employees working in various units of our Company have been determined. In accordance with the signed protocols, trainings within this scope are carried out in our company as theoretical and practical, and the participants are given a Vocational Certificate Approved by the Ministry of National Education.

Work on establishing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System has been started at Ataer Mining since its establishment, while the new Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 emphasizes the concept of subcontractor, regular trainings are planned to be organized for employees in order to spread safety awareness.
