We regularly inform our employees about the Labor Law No. 4857, Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, and the Law on Unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements No. 6356, and we implement the necessary regulations by following the changes in the legal regulations.
The rights and responsibilities of our employees, the rules they must comply with, prohibitions and disciplinary law are explained in our personnel regulation and its annex procedures, which are prepared and published in parallel with the labor laws.
